This distinctive bird feeder is made in the UK and is very tough and strong, Designed to attract clinging birds such as wood peckers, nuthatches and so on the feeder dispenses whole peanuts (not in their shell) or sunflower seeds. The seeds are filled from the bottom once the ceramic base is removed by unscrewing the lock nut underneath. The bird feeder is squirell proof or your money back... the ceramic is vitrified so it withstands freezing temperature and squirrels, the strong metal mesh is polyester coated and withstands the most determined squirrel. The feeder can not be detsroyed. The feeder measures just under 12" tall and 5" wide. The central mesh tube is 4" in diameter. Comes with a strong chain & clips
